We select our partner farms based on their goals and ambitions to supply the best quality. This means getting the best yield results without any compromise in quality. Applying the best-practices when it comes to Irrigation, Sowing, Fertilizing and Harvesting. This also means understanding EU regulation for MRL protocols (for conventional farms). Due to our tight cooperation with the growers we are able to provide input and feedback when necessary.
Same applies for our Post-harvest processes where we partner with production facilities that have modern and advanced equipment, as well as know how to use them properly. Our team is involved in the entire process of cleaning, sorting, drying, grinding and quality testing our produce to ensure our products arrive as promised.
At the last stage we make sure the packaging and the material used are correct. Storage conditional are always check to maintain optimal quality. Finally we label our produce with batch numbers, harvest date and farm origin to be compliant with traceability protocols.
